Descriptions:
The system consists of two conical SS hoppers with servo driven auger and a low speed stirrer and SS slat chain conveyor. Containers moving on in feed SS Slat conveyor are positioned under the funnel in pairs with the help of settable twin pneumatic stopper. Servo driven auger rotates when the container is sensed under the funnel. With the help of auger RPM and time, speed of filling and volume can be adjusted. Both containers are filled one by one at each filling head. Continuous low speed stirrer allows uniform feeding of powder in to the augur screw. Filled container then moves for further operation like Capping, Induction sealing and Labeling.
