Application
25kg Powder Filling Line
25KG powder filling system widely used for big bag powder filling, such as the milk powder, flour powder, additives, carbon powder, dry powder of fire extinguisher ect.
The whole system including the screw feeder, filling machine, heating sealing machine, belt conveyor, stitching machine, Check weigher, Metal detector, roll conveyor and so on. You can choose different machines to make your own filling line.
Milk Powder Filling Line
We have rich experience in milk powder filling line. Milk powder is high value and high nourishment, which have high requirement for the sanitation and filling accuracy. In the picture, we use the screw feeder to convey, and the double auger filler accuracy is±1g for filling 500g. For other system, we use vacuum conveyor to feeding the powder or horizontal screw feeder to convey. Different option for different factory.
