Introduction:
Semi auto powder filling machine can fill all types of flowing powder like spices, flours, protein powder etc. The machine is fully stainless steel structure with contact parts SS304 and SS316 can be given on request. Machine can fill from 10-5000 grams or more depending on the requirement.In this machine paddle switch is also given in which you keep your pouch or bottle below the nozzle and `press the paddle for filling the product.
Machine supplied complete with 3phase electric motor, PLC /HMI/Servo motor system is given with speed of 10-15 fills /min or higher With1.5% to 3 % accuracy depending on powder density & structure We also have powder filling machine where you will get weight based to give best accuracy with each product and fill volume.
